Visa
Entering Egypt from Belgium you need your Belgian Identity Card.
At the airport you have to give 1 picture and ca. 18 euro to obtain a tourist visa.
If you have an international passport you don’t need to have a picture.
Entering Egypt from another country, please enquire at the Egyptian embass.
Money
By international standards Egypt is still fairly cheap
Banks and ATMs are all over town.
The local currency is Egyptian pounds (E£)

There are internet cafes all over town. Rates are about E£ 5 till E£10 for one hour.
